Job Summary
Interview end-users and external clients to define business requirements for complex software modifications and enhancements. Translate needs into functional specifications, facilitate design sessions with technical resources, and define documented business rules including flow charts and report mock-ups. Lead projects to completion by developing plans, prioritizing tasks, and managing the software development life cycle while performing quality control checks before release. Handle multiple service requests and manage software releases across the entire development life cycle. Provide functional direction to less experienced analysts and support development and QA staff as needed.
