Job Summary
Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements for infrastructure projects involving networking, server, workstation services, O365/M365, VoIP, and service center teams. Design solutions, write technical requirements, and test technology implementations while analyzing current business processes and systems. Prioritize work across several active projects and assignments using strong written and verbal communication skills to support the ultimate customer experience. This role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and a hybrid schedule with minimum 2 days onsite.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience
- Experience working on Infrastructure projects
- Experience supporting projects involving areas such as Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365/M365, VoIP Telecommunications, or Service Center teams
- Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
- Experience eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business requirements with stakeholders
- Experience analyzing current business processes and systems
- Experience designing solutions and writing technical requirements
- Experience testing and implementing technology solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments
- Ability to work Hybrid, minimum 2 days a week onsite
- Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions
