Job Summary
Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders to gather requirements for Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM modules, translating transactional needs into clear system specifications. Configure and customize ERP workflows, reports, and interfaces to support accurate financial processing, then develop comprehensive test plans and lead User Acceptance Testing. Provide production support by troubleshooting issues related to procurement, invoicing, and accounting flows, while analyzing transactional outputs to identify variances and resolve discrepancies. Create and maintain Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence reports that provide visibility into financial transactions and operational performance, documenting configurations and recommending process improvements to optimize system usage.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Financials (ERP) and Supply Chain (SCM) applications
- Hands-on experience with modules such as Requisitions
- Hands-on experience with modules such as Purchase Orders
- Hands-on experience with modules such as Item Master
- Hands-on experience with modules such as Supplier Management
- Hands-on experience with modules such as Risk Management
- 5+ years of experience using Oracle reporting tools, especially Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Experience creating and managing reports that analyze financial and operational data, including transactional outputs from ERP systems
- Ability to interpret complex system data and translate it into actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across Finance (GL, AP, AR concepts)
- Experience supporting finance users in understanding and validating system-generated data
- Experience with Test plan development
- Experience with UAT execution
- Proven ability to troubleshoot system and data issues in a production environment
- Ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to Work through ambiguity
- Ability to Investigate system-related issues
- Ability to Deliver practical, business-oriented solutions
