Job Summary
Develop SAP Plant Maintenance solutions through the systems life cycle by capturing requirements, configuring systems, and executing testing. Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to define functional and technical requirements for asset management, maintenance execution, and planning. Create insightful data visualizations and reports to support operational decision-making and assist decision makers. Monitor project status, manage change controls, and perform root cause analysis to ensure system reliability. Develop user documentation and training materials to improve business adoption while maintaining compliance with internal controls procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Information Technology/Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Maintenance, or related field)
- 3+ years of related professional work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Information Technology/Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Maintenance, or related field) or its equivalent in a related field
- Some experience of and participation in the change process, including attendance at change board as a representative or contributor
- Developing knowledge of systems capabilities, maintenance business operations, SAP Plant Maintenance concepts, and related enterprise application processes
- Basic business test execution and planning/coordination experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills with organization and time management skills
- Ability to learn, demonstrate, and apply knowledge of the business to deliver improvements in solutions and processes and better align IT service with business goals
- Preferred exposure to SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP reporting, Tableau, Power BI, Primavera P6, SAP Project Systems, or related maintenance and project execution tools
