Job Summary
Supports QA activities for enterprise business applications: assists in executing testing, validating business requirements, documenting test outcomes, and supporting issue resolution during testing cycles. Helps with production support, application configuration, and enhancements, and collaborates with senior team members to develop understanding of business processes and validation procedures. Contributes to creating user guides and documentation, participates in testing efforts for system upgrades/patches, and supports continuous improvement of quality outcomes across Cincinnati Children's enterprise technology stack. This remote role involves working with IS Enterprise Business Systems, testing new functionality, and ensuring high-quality system performance while collaborating with developers, analysts, and business partners.
