Job Summary
Analyze business requirements for HR and compensation technology projects, ensuring system needs are identified, configured, and delivered in line with strategic goals. Conduct information gathering sessions, prepare detailed business system requirements, and document stakeholder needs using techniques aligned with the Project Life Cycle and Capability Maturity Model. Act as a liaison between business and developers, manage stakeholder expectations, and assist in ETL processes to ensure accurate data conversion and integrity across SAP and Workday systems. Develop system specifications and test plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Work 37.5 hours weekly in a full-time role within RBC's HR & Compensation Technology group.
Required Qualifications
- General experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/iterative waterfall projects
- University degree or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
