Job Summary
Gather business needs and translate them into system requirements and solutions for clinical, administrative, and revenue cycle operations. Configure, test, and implement changes to EHR, practice management, and other business systems while troubleshooting issues and coordinating with vendors. Develop reports, dashboards, workflow documentation, and training materials to support system updates and integrations across multiple clinic locations. Serve as a resource to staff on system functionality and workflows, maintaining data security and HIPAA compliance. This full-time, exempt role supports Beyond Pediatrics, DBA Families First Pediatrics, and Wee Care Pediatrics in improving technology-driven processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in business systems, applications, or health information systems
- Experience gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting system implementations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare systems, EHR/practice management systems, ADP Workforce Now, Sage Intacct, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms
