Job Summary
Create ad-hoc reports using ServiceNow or Power BI to support IT operations and drive performance quality improvements. Coordinate Europe and APAC service improvement plans, manage monthly scorecards, and track inventory for hardware orders. Monitor incident and service request handling quality, identify recurring issue patterns, and collaborate on implementing best practices for timely resolution. Track IT control compliance through monthly review calls and assist in creating user stories to drive delivery. This 12-month FTC role requires extensive data analysis skills, Jira experience, and strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of ITSM Tooling and Data Dashboard Tooling (Preferred ServiceNow / Performance Analytics)
- Extensive data analysis skills, for a broad range of operational task
- Practical experience in an IT Operations environment
- Use of Jira and backlog management
- Detail Orientated, Analytical and Data Driven
- General Knowledge of IT Asset Management processes
- Good experience of Microsoft office tools
- Strong ability with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in driving delivery of improvements and continual improvement mindset and high levels of customer focus
- Previous IT Background, ideally in Service Operations or IT Service Management experience
