Job Summary
Business Systems Analyst responsible for researching complex business problems and proposing automated solutions; designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions; creating infographics, dashboards and visual documentation to communicate system changes; troubleshooting issues with user-centric design; and executing Global IT projects with integrated design deliverables. Requires basic English and a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field. Based in Technology Park, Guadalajara, Mexico; on-site responsibilities with IT and design-focused deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Experience with computerized databases
- Experience SQL Server / Flex Flow/ Oracle
- SharePoint content design and management
- Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and creative conceptualization skills
- Office skills: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations
- Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
