Job Summary
Monitor and maintain daily CRM data imports and exports while ensuring the stability and performance of related systems and databases. Troubleshoot data flow, API, replication, and validation issues, then collaborate with vendors to resolve system concerns. Investigate end-user data issues, perform ad-hoc database queries, and support business requirement gathering for solution design. Participate in projects from planning through production rollout, creating technical documentation and coordinating User Acceptance Testing. Occasionally assist with help desk and general IT support as needed. This role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of SQL/database experience and involves working in the Orange, CT office at least three days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology or related field with 4+ years of relevant SQL/database experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- Experience supporting database-driven applications (SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
- This position requires you to be in the office in Orange, CT at least three days a week
Desired Qualifications
- SQL Server and data/business analysis experience
- CRM and/or ERP systems experience
- Data import/export and SSIS experience
- Insurance industry experience or licensing knowledge is a plus
- UML or technical documentation experience preferred
- Microsoft SQL Server (preferred)
- Database maintenance and troubleshooting
- Data analysis and reporting
- API and data integration concepts
- CRM/ERP platforms
- Attention to detail and quality assurance practices
