Job Summary
Business Systems Analyst specializing in CRM and Salesforce Commerce Cloud responsible for designing, validating, training, and managing changes to CRM, ecommerce, and portal systems in a regulated medical-device environment. Responsibilities include Salesforce administration, experience platform work (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), IT-ticketing stakeholder management, and designing/supporting customer/partner/employee portals. Will analyze data, translate complex business needs into technical solutions, and collaborate across teams with project-management practices (Atlassian JIRA & Confluence a plus) to integrate ecommerce, portal, and CRM systems while ensuring compliance and clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, ecommerce, portal systems within regulated environments
- Experience with CRM system design, validation, training, and change management (Salesforce admin experience preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Experience with IT ticketing systems for stakeholder management
- Experience designing and supporting digital portals (customer/partner/employee)
- Analytical capabilities
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to translate business and technical needs
- Project management capabilities (Atlassian JIRA & Confluence a plus)
- Experience integrating ecommerce, portal, and CRM systems
- Experience working in regulated environments
Desired Qualifications
