Job Summary
Provide senior-level consulting on IT and business management, analyzing and documenting client requirements, configuring cross-functional systems to meet business needs, and delivering process-improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain documentation and training to ensure SRC compliance with ITIL standards and organizational policies, monitor client experiences and feedback to improve system productivity, and offer design and delivery of customer-focused solutions across IT environments. Leverage skills in requirements analysis, technical writing, workflow analysis, and project-management practices to drive results for internal business groups and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification preferred
- Experience with ITIL standards and Site Reliability Center processes
