Job Summary
Deliver on-site operational support for Samsung's Varicent incentive compensation system, resolving user inquiries and ensuring accurate data processing. Execute daily tasks including data loads, workflow monitoring, and root cause analysis for system defects, while collaborating with the technical vendor Argano and internal IT teams. Process and validate data from the DataHub platform, develop Alteryx workflows for transformation, and conduct functional testing for enhancements. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical groups, documenting procedures and guiding users during monthly incentive cycles. This role requires on-site presence in Plano, TX, with flexible hours during peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system operations, data processing, business support, or related fields
- Ability to work on-site in Plano, Texas alongside business users
- Hands-on experience with Varicent or similar incentive/commission management systems
- Proficiency with Alteryx Designer for data transformation and workflow automation
- Understanding of enterprise data pipelines and platforms (DataHub or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with non-technical business users
- Ability to collaborate with external vendors and cross-functional teams
- English proficiency for communication with global stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Varicent Modeler or Varicent Administration
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Workday or other operational platforms
- Knowledge of incentive compensation processes or sales performance management
- Experience with ITIL-based operational processes
- Strong documentation and process improvement skills
