Job Summary
Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to define system functionality and document workflows. Lead system design activities, translating business needs into functional specifications for developers while overseeing implementation and integration with existing processes. Provide ongoing support by resolving user issues, monitoring performance, conducting post-implementation reviews, and training business users on new systems. Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects within scope and budget, collaborating with IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment. Create reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into business performance and support decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field
- Proven experience with system implementation, process improvement, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- Strong understanding of business operations and technology, and ability to translate business requirements into system specifications
- Proficiency in data analysis and data management, including experience with SQL, Excel, and reporting tools
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)
- Experience with enterprise applications and business intelligence tools
