Business Systems Analyst Associate

Job Summary
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for application systems. Collaborate with internal departments and external customers to obtain consensus on interpretation of needs, then configure systems using logic statements to improve workflow or serve new purposes. Develop enterprise business solution system requirement documents and technical specifications while assisting with test scripts, executing test plans, and maintaining test cases to ensure user acceptance. Conduct training for new procedures and system releases, perform root-cause analysis and audits to verify workflow, and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity. Prepare reports summarizing trends to make recommendations regarding system changes and provide detailed documentation of system errors. Serve as a technical resource to guide research, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of new enterprise business solution systems and enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management or related field with demonstrated college coursework and projects (i.e. internship which utilized critical thinking and analysis skills)
- In lieu of degree, five (5) years' business process analysis, data analysis or systems analysis experience with a complex system technology
