Job Summary
The position of Business Systems Analyst involves delivering successful new client implementations of applications, as well as ongoing client support. The role requires strong SQL skills, a minimum of 3 years' experience, and the ability to liaise effectively between teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Business, Data, or Systems Analyst or related role
- Working knowledge and experience with SQL databases required. Must be able to write SQL queries.
- Excellent work ethic, leadership skills, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently in solving business problems
- Demonstrates a high level of organizational skill with the ability to prioritize and manage change
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Crystal Reports preferred
- Knowledge or experience in payment processing systems, insurance, claims systems, client support, client or systems implementations, EDI, and/or healthcare are plusses but not required
- Experience and knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as KANBAN and Scrum is preferred
- Strong analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
