Lead moderately to complex projects from proposal through post-implementation as functional project lead, coordinating SIT and UAT test management with comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts; translate business needs into documented functional specifications; serve as SME on how applications may be impacted by enterprise-wide initiatives, regulatory requirements, or major system changes; partner with technology teams and vendors to ensure understanding of project functionality and alignment with business requirements; monitor project scope and change requests to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, business needs, and Corporate Technology standards; coordinate post-implementation activities including gathering feedback and debriefs; mentor less experienced staff on application training, analysis, and project methodology.
