Job Summary
Business Systems Administrator responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the company's cloud ERP and connected business software. Key duties include administering the core cloud ERP, troubleshooting and supporting users, collaborating with executives and external consultants, delivering training materials, data cleansing and conversion for migrations, managing access controls and security roles, ensuring reliable data integrations and automated workflows, maintaining data integrity across platforms, exploring future improvements (including AI integrations), and generating operational reports and BI views to support data-driven decisions. Must have 2–5+ years of hands-on cloud ERP experience, prior involvement in full software implementations or migrations, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong change-management and cross-functional collaboration skills, and willingness to travel occasionally within North America.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent professional technical experience
- 2 to 5+ years hands-on experience administering, configuring, or supporting modern mid-market cloud ERP applications
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle software implementation or system migration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage change across multi-departmental teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally between North American facility locations
