Job Summary
Own and optimize business systems that support intake, purchasing, invoicing, and related workflows, including Coupa, Levelpath, and supplier enablement. Upgrade, patch, integrate, and enhance critical applications; manage user access, approvals, workflows, and configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor system performance and service levels, troubleshoot issues across supplier, transaction, and implementation domains, and drive improvements. Support supplier onboarding, catalog setup and maintenance, and translate business needs into practical system enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase adoption, gather requirements, and deliver scalable solutions while protecting data integrity, security, and controls across the systems lifecycle. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years in procurement/ERP/eProcurement environments; strong verbal/written communication and analytical skills; familiarity with SaaS implementations and remote teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience with procurement operations, ERP, eProcurement, I2P/P2P, eCatalog, supplier enablement, contracts
- Experience with procurement or intake management platforms/solutions like Coupa and/or Levelpath (preferred)
- Knowledge of SaaS software, implementation and configuration (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
