Job Summary
Business Systems Analyst skilled in gathering requirements, designing functional specifications, and translating business needs into technical solutions. Responsible for assisting application development teams, testing, and training; analyzing user needs; documenting processes and workflows; and delivering high-quality automated solutions that improve department operations. Proficient in SQL and Python for automation, with experience leveraging Power Platform tools (Power Apps) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Cognos) to analyze and present information. Strong communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders, plus ability to translate client requirements into clear technical specifications and participate in system testing and training delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Two to three years of related experience, preferably building automated solutions for finance teams
