Job Summary
Support day-to-day operational support for the Aras PLM system by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving user issues while maintaining high process and data quality. Partner with global stakeholders to analyze workflows, identify gaps, and apply continuous improvement methodologies to optimize business processes. Gather requirements for system enhancements, collaborate with IT teams on configuration changes, and execute test plans and user acceptance testing. Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs and training materials, while delivering user sessions to support onboarding. Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams to facilitate communication regarding system changes and operational issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and documentation abilities
- Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), ERP, or other enterprise business systems
- Understanding of manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, or technology industry processes
- Experience with process mapping, business analysis, or requirements gathering
- Familiarity with workflow management, business rules, system validations, user roles, and access management concepts
- Exposure to testing methodologies including UAT and functional testing
- Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools
