Job Summary
Design, build, and support business applications and workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Partner with stakeholders to assess business needs, translate requirements into scalable applications, and develop reusable standards and patterns across similar processes. Create workflow solutions for approvals, reviews, and routing while leveraging AI capabilities to accelerate development and reduce manual effort. Troubleshoot existing solutions and improve operational efficiency through sound design and process automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of four (4) to five (5) years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience building workflow-driven business solutions in a low-code environment
- Translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable applications and automations
- Strong experience with Dataverse, including data modeling, solution structure, and reusable Power Platform design patterns
- Location in the tri-state (NY, NJ, or CT)
- In-person work location
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or other AI capabilities within Power Platform that can accelerate development and improve solution delivery
- Experience with Power BI, reporting solutions, or related analytics tools that support operational reporting and decision-making
- Competency in SharePoint, SQL, and other Microsoft 365 technologies that commonly integrate with Power Platform solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
