Business System Analyst

Develop and define IT requirements to support process and system changes while leading mid to large-size ERP projects. Co-lead design sessions to identify gaps, create detailed functional design documents for conversions and interfaces, and coordinate with development teams to manage the process and resolve issues. Prepare and execute testing plans, monitor implemented systems for high performance, and manage support requests to ensure timely resolution. Engage with vendor service support groups to address system performance or processing issues. Requires 3 to 6 or 5 to 8 years of experience with mandatory PowerBI and Excel skills in Insurance or Banking domains. Immediate notice period available for remote role.
