Job Summary
Maintain and coordinate output report definitions from the Stock Control System within the Document Management System, ensuring all user reports are published correctly. Manage the Cloud-based Control-M tool to control job schedules and maintain batch processing. Support contract deliverable publishing to the SCSPubs website and process Identity Credential and Access Management requests using the ICAM system. Communicate with Subject Matter Experts, the Program Management Office, and auditors to resolve open findings, create corrective action plans, and verify Interface Control Documents. Participate in routine planning meetings, Agile sprints, and FIAR audit readiness tasks using necessary tools. Requires a U.S. Citizen status, Bachelor's degree, and a Public Trust rating. Full-time telework with occasional onsite instruction possible in Kettering, Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Successfully complete a T1 Public Trust background check or higher
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with the SME Team
- Ability to drive results in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust rating resulting from a favorable T1 level investigation
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
- Agile trained and/or certified
- Experience with Business and Enterprise System (BES) Directorate's lifecycle management process in an agile environment
- Working knowledge of the CDRS system
- Working knowledge of FIAR compliance tasks
- Ability to be trained on the use of ICAM for 2075 processing
- Working knowledge of USAF Logistics Systems. e.g., Stock Control System (SCS/D035)
