Job Summary
Business Systems Analyst responsible for optimizing ServiceNow-driven business operations and delivering technology solutions. Leads requirements gathering, documents BRDs and user stories, collaborates with ServiceNow developers, maintains the backlog, creates test cases, supports UAT and deployment, develops process flows and dashboards, and analyzes data to drive decisions. Requires ServiceNow platform knowledge with ITSM/ITOM/CMDB/Asset Management experience, proficiency with Power BI and process-mapping tools, stakeholder engagement, and strong documentation and analytical skills. Hybrid work model in Toronto, three days in-office per week.
Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow platform knowledge and experience
- Experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, or Service Mapping initiatives
- Experience with Power BI, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process-mapping and reporting tools
- Strong data analysis and reporting
- Stakeholder analysis and relationship management
- Process documentation and workflow mapping
- Collaboration with ServiceNow developers and business stakeholders
- BRD/functional requirements/user story development/backlog management
- UAT coordination and test planning
