Job Summary
Understand and analyze client business processes, resources, and documentation to gather requirements through workshops and structured discovery sessions. Design technology solutions for Zoho CRM, ERP, and custom applications while supporting pre-sales demos and proposals. Define project scope, budget, and phases, then manage timelines, risks, and quality across multiple concurrent projects. Lead developers and system configurators, configure solutions as needed, and serve as the primary client-facing contact. Produce technical documentation, validate delivered solutions, and build training materials for client sessions. This combined role supports Customerization's delivery of business systems for clients ranging from 30 to 1,000 employees.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- A degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field
- Experience implementing business applications (CRM, ERP, or similar)
- Experience with business process mapping and data modeling
- Strong project management track record
- Direct, hands-on experience running client workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable working with and directing AI-assisted development, or genuinely curious and quick to pick it up
