Job Summary
On-site facility maintenance and operations role focused on preventive/predictive maintenance of electrical, mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and fire safety systems; oversee repairs and emergencies; manage vendors/contractors and SLAs; maintain logs and reports; implement energy-saving initiatives and manage budgets; ensure safety compliance and assist with renovations or relocations.
Required Qualifications
- Maintenance & Operations: Developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for electrical, mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Overseeing repairs of equipment (pumps, motors, breakers) and managing facility shutdowns or emergencies.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Managing third-party service providers, setting work permits, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and safety regulations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate logs, checklists, history cards for equipment, and submitting daily/monthly reports (DMR/MMR).
- Energy & Cost Management: Implementing energy-saving initiatives, auditing energy consumption, and managing budgetary constraints for repairs and maintenance.
- Safety Compliance: Conducting regular inspections to identify hazards and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
- Project Coordination: Assisting with technical aspects of facility renovations, installations, or relocations.
