Job Summary
Lead and manage a team responsible for coordinating employee movement and systems access within the RBAC Operations function, ensuring the team delivers high-quality onboarding and access governance services. Drive issue identification/escalation, stakeholder engagement at senior levels, and collaboration with global peers to standardize best practices. Oversee workflow pipelines, support professional development, and contribute to strategic initiatives in Business Support Management, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize risk, controls, and service levels. Requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, plus a Bachelor’s degree and IAM/cybersecurity experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IAM technology or cybersecurity experience
- Experience in management roles (team lead or people manager)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in SLA-driven operational environments
- Proficiency in MS Office
