Job Summary
Remote full-time Business Support Specialist role supporting salons and spas using Meevo software. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, gathering information through inquisitive questioning, troubleshooting product and training related questions, documenting issues in Salesforce, and communicating resolutions to clients. Must stay up to date on Meevo product knowledge and internal processes, and be able to understand and build technical knowledge of product integrations and business scenarios. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, time management, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. New grads welcome; 40 hours/week with specific EST schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree preferred
- 0-5 years experience in customer service-related role
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- tech savvy
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Reliable Internet Service Provider
