Job Summary
Business Support Specialist needed at Arvato to optimize and improve system-driven processes in a highly automated logistics environment. You will support the implementation of a new customer within the Consumer Products division, focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and IT collaboration, manage change requests, test system changes, participate in project implementations, and act as a key liaison between operations, IT, and external stakeholders. The role emphasizes process optimization, data-driven translation of customer needs into smart logistics solutions, and continuous improvement across ERP/WMS environments with opportunities to grow in project management methodologies like Lean or PRINCE2.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Logistics, Technology, Business Administration, or a similar field
- Fluent in English
- Experience with and affinity for IT systems (ERP/WMS); SAP is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in logistics, engineering, and automation
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
