Business Support Representative

Support the analysis and assessment of data within Planning and Product Supply (PPS) and communicate results to Order Management and Commercial. Back-up coverage for SAP sample order entries, coordination of data for daily PPS meetings, and support for safety stock, inventory review, forecasting, and release analyses. Engage in master data activities (material numbers, JTS, etc.), assist with rebate management and accounts receivable-related tasks, coordinate dispute resolution, and participate in MRB and cross-functional meetings. Strong analytical skills, experience with order management, logistics, forecasting, and data reporting, plus SAP experience preferred. This role emphasizes data-driven collaboration across regions and requires a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with hybrid work flexibility.
