Job Summary
Business Support Officer role within The Children and Young People's Disability Team (CYPDT). Responsibilities include a broad range of business support and financial functions such as updating and maintaining spreadsheets, minute taking, answering telephones, using the Liquidlogic LCS database, typing, scanning and filing. Requires an administrative background, precise and adaptable working style, and excellent communication to collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies while engaging with professionals and families in children's services teams. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and a hybrid working model where office presence is required for at least half of on-site hours. Desirable skills include strong MS Office capabilities, effective collaboration, and the ability to manage admin tasks across multiple stakeholders.
