Job Summary
Support HR service delivery for JLL by ensuring data integrity and serving as a liaison between HR functions. Responsibilities include processing daily HR administrative duties, handling C&B inquiries, coordinating with payroll and benefits providers, maintaining performance metrics and reporting beyond SLAs, and escalation management. Ideal candidates will have experience with PeopleSoft or Workday, 2-5 years in HR C&B/global data management, and strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and build collaborative relationships across a global HR function.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in PeopleSoft or Workday environment
- 2-5 years of HR C&B and global data management experience
- Excellent communication skills (telephone, written, in person)
- Strong initiative and ability to work within tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize
- Strong relationships across levels in a global HR function
- Understanding of core HR processes and HR management practices
- Ability to think critically and make professional judgments
