Job Summary
Manage and fulfill room booking requests, oversee setup and layout changes, and conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet event requirements. Provide real-time troubleshooting for urgent requests during live events while communicating service offerings and managing expectations with internal users and clients. Collaborate with adjacent team members on logistics, consolidate event data for operational reports, and implement best practices to elevate service quality. This role supports end-to-end event operations from planning through post-event execution within JLL's global real estate and investment management services.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in commercial real estate
- Skilled trades experience
- Technology experience
- Ability to deliver end-to-end event support from initial planning through post-event execution
- Ability to manage and fulfill room booking requests tailored to user needs
- Ability to oversee and coordinate room setup and layout changes to match event requirements
- Ability to conduct regular room inspections to guarantee facilities are maintained to the highest standard
- Ability to provide agile, real-time troubleshooting and support for urgent requests during live events
- Ability to communicate service offerings clearly and manage expectations with internal users and clients
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate seamless event operations
- Ability to collaborate with and support adjacent team members on event-related activities and logistics
- Ability to consolidate event data to generate operational reports, communications, and documentation required by the client
- Ability to implement best practices in hospitality and event operations to continually elevate service quality
- Ability to actively contribute ideas and insights during team meetings and operational reviews
