Be on site to oversee daily operations and deliver first-rate client services across soft services (Transportation, Cafeteria, Waste Management, Landscaping) while coordinating vendors and performance. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for GMP Manufacturing facility space, ensuring compliance with safety risk assessments and method statements. Perform routine site inspections of office space and infrastructure, report safety/quality observations, renew service contracts as needed, verify contractor work, handle employee inquiries, assist with general administrative activities, and participate in emergency response as a team. Maintain a safe GMP space by following procedures and regulations, manage incoming/outgoing calls, greet visitors, and provide ongoing updates to clients and internal teams. Prepare monthly management reports, ensure audit standards, and support end-user expectations with regular vendor briefings and on-site collaboration with clients and suppliers.
