Business Support and Office Manager

Job Summary
Oversee financial, HR, and office operations for Nordic offices, coordinating with external providers and ESET HQ to ensure adherence to company standards. Serve as finance point of contact (monthly close, payroll inputs, expense reviews, audits, documentation, controls, and reporting improvements) and primary HQ liaison for projects and analyses. Support tax and transfer pricing with required documentation, budgeting/forecasting and variance reporting, intercompany billing and settlements, invoicing, receivables, cash flow, banking, and contract reviews. Lead HR support including onboarding/offboarding, HR documents, and collaboration with HQ HR on processes, L&D, benefits, wellbeing, and CSR. Manage procurement, office management, landlord relations, and compliance with authorities. Support local operations, coordinate with Country Manager, and act as primary contact for landlords. This is anchored at the Copenhagen location with full-time commitment, and the role includes partnering with HQ procurement on complex cases and ensuring offices meet regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in finance operations, HR assistance, office management or related roles
- Experience with procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (advantage)
- Strong organizational and operational management skills
- Ability to coordinate with external providers and HQ
- Able to manage onboarding/offboarding, payroll data consolidation, and HR documents
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-reliant and able to work independently
