Business Support Analyst

Job Summary
Contribute to daily ticket workload by performing full investigation of issues, identifying causes of software problems, and making corrective decisions. Communicate with support lines to ensure effective resolution and gather client configurations to apply changes, test solutions, and document improved results. Configure Core DA software according to specifications and test against requirements to amend where appropriate. Carry out data extraction, formulation, and manipulation to address business needs while keeping system documentation up to date. Interpret analysis results to share findings and foster collaboration within the organization. Report to the BSO Manager and leverage product expertise to contribute to strategic customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in a customer-focused function/ troubleshooting
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Finance or equivalent related work experience
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Able to interpret client needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Experience with data extraction, formulation, and analysis
- Comfortable to work with a diverse group both internally and externally
- Embracing toward innovation, leveraging modern technologies, including AI-driven solutions to enhance regional teamwork
- Comfortable using digital collaboration platforms (i.e. Live Meeting, Video Calls) and document/knowledge repositories to drive efficiency and team connectivity
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in ITIL
- Basic knowledge of SQL, relational databases and associated terminologies
- Experience with AWS and cloud-based technologies, including familiarity with cloud infrastructure, services, and deployment models
- Experience with coding languages
- Basic understanding of different project methodologies
- Basic knowledge of operating systems
