Job Summary
Business Support Administrator role focused on Tax service line and general office support. Core duties include liaising with colleagues and clients to gather tax information, preparing tax return letters using templates, contacting HMRC on clientsβ tax matters, assisting with iXBRL tagging of accounts and e-filing corporation tax returns, preparing engagement letters and AML procedures, documenting meeting notes, filing HMRC correspondence, and providing administrative cover for the tax team. Additionally, the role covers front-of-house reception, general office management tasks (visitor sign-in, calls, mail, banking, car parking, security, meeting room setup, events support), document and records maintenance (CCH database, archives), and assisting with monthly billing and other team duties. Suitable for candidates with GCSEs or equivalent, strong organizational and IT skills, professional communication, and a proactive team-oriented approach; travel to other offices may be required occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, or relevant workplace experience.
