Job Summary
Own day-to-day client relationships and communication across assigned workstreams, leading routine meetings, status calls, and follow-ups to build trust through proactive responsiveness. Translate client needs, feedback, and business objectives into clear direction for internal teams, partnering with Strategy, Creative, and Comms to refine briefs and ensure cross-functional alignment. Proactively identify risks and ambiguities before they become issues, managing expectations through transparent communication and resolving day-to-day challenges independently. Mentor junior Business Leadership team members in client communication and presentation skills while supporting Business Directors in strengthening client relationships. Partner closely with Program Management to ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery plans, maintaining awareness of timelines and budgets while allowing PM to lead execution.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in advertising, marketing, consulting, or related client leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and manage day-to-day business communications
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Comms/Media Planning, Production, and Program Management
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications, creative development, and client service best practices
- Hybrid work arrangement requiring 4 days a week in the Brooklyn office with 1 day remote
