Job Summary
Lead strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives driving transformation and performance across business segments; provide strategic guidance to senior managers and engage executive stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful program execution; foster cross-functional collaboration across product, channel, and operations; establish governance frameworks to deliver measurable outcomes through disciplined execution; drive innovation and change initiatives to enhance enterprise capabilities; may manage associates and champion inclusion, process/data excellence, and effective communication of enterprise decisions and results; requires ability to translate objectives into actionable plans, manage budgets, and oversee vendor contracts; recommended background includes high school diploma or equivalent.
