Job Summary
Partner with leadership to define business questions, develop recommendations, and shape decisions affecting company growth and customer experience. Lead projects including revenue forecasting, customer segmentation, market expansion, and operational efficiency improvements by investigating ambiguous drivers and refining assumptions. Build analytical models for lifetime value, wallet share, and compensation evaluation while partnering with technology to validate system implementations. Independently communicate practical insights that influence strategic planning and organizational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business-related discipline
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in an analytical role with demonstrated ownership of business analysis, analytical models, or decision support that influenced business strategy or operational performance
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to independently organize data, identify trends, build analytical models, and clearly explain conclusions
- Experience investigating ambiguous business questions, developing reasonable assumptions, and translating analysis into practical business recommendations
- Strong critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and the confidence to challenge assumptions using data
