Job Summary
Analyzes and reports on statistical, operational, and financial data to support hospital service line performance, budgeting, and strategic actions. Performs data preparation, tracking, and interpretation; develops standardized data collection and computerized databases; identifies cost-saving opportunities; supports development of short- and long-term action plans, annual budgets, and cross-functional initiatives; manages monthly reports and regulatory awareness; works with minimal supervision to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
