Job Summary
Business Specialist: Drives strategic direction and implementation of business processes and procurement support; collaborates with cross-functional teams; supports business development; evaluates processes across departments and locations; performs a wide range of tasks to support complex operations; acts as liaison and protects confidential information; designs Robotic Process Automation (RPA/RDA) and BRD requirements; oversees CMMS software integration and provides technical assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Demonstrable experience in business support, procurement, and business development
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of business processes and procurement support
- Experience working with confidential information
- Ability to design Robotic Process Automation (RPA/RDA) and process orientation/requirements (BRD)
- Experience with CMMS software
