Job Summary
Analyze overall business performance with a 360-degree view and prioritize implementing solutions with Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive efficient growth. Propose ideas to optimize pricing, operations, and growth strategies while coordinating quarterly business reviews that include P&L analysis. Create, automate, and standardize reports using key business KPIs, then expose these insights to the wider team at the required frequency. Requires a degree in Administration, Engineering, or Economics, along with SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills, plus strong English proficiency. Reports directly to the Country Manager for the Latin American market.
Required Qualifications
- Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería, Economía o afines
- Conocimientos en SQL, Power BI, Excel avanzado entre otras herramientas tecnológicas
- Buen dominio de ingles
- Proactividad, autogestión y buenas habilidades de comunicación
- Capacidad para pensar estratégicamente
