Job Summary
The Business Solutions Specialist will play a key role in supporting innovation, transformation, and technology-enabled business initiatives across the organization. You will identify business challenges, gather and refine requirements, support innovation intake processes, and contribute to the development and implementation of workflow automation, process optimization, and AI-enabled solutions. The role involves coordinating meetings and workshops, translating operational challenges into scalable and practical business solutions, and assisting in the development, testing, and deployment of proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot solutions. Strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment are essential; emphasis on innovation and transformation over traditional process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 2–5 years of professional experience in business analysis, innovation, transformation, operations, or technology-enabled business support roles
- Experience gathering business requirements and working with cross-functional stakeholders is preferred
- Exposure to workflow automation, operational transformation, or AI-related initiatives is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting proof-of-concept or pilot initiatives is considered an asset
