Conduct business services in alignment with contracting and regulatory agencies' guidelines, including employer outreach, recruitment assistance, and connection to workforce development programs and incentives. Develop and manage job orders and recruitment activities in the state labor exchange system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective promotion to meet employer hiring needs. Collaborate with team members to identify and develop candidate pools for professional-level positions while providing career guidance, resume development, and interview preparation. Coordinate recruiting events, job fairs, and networking activities to monitor labor market changes and stay informed of employment trends. Ensure participants are registered in state labor exchange systems and assist them with system usage.
