Job Summary
Analyse and document business processes and software requirements to support IT involvement in broader business-driven projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather needs, prepare project documentation including briefs and RFPs, and validate solution design alignment with organisational goals. Identify risks and opportunities for improvement while maintaining strong relationships across business units and IT teams. This role reports to the Business Applications Manager, requiring 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Solutions Partner capacity with strong analytical skills and familiarity with enterprise systems like SAP.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst or Solutions Partner role
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience with enterprise systems, preferably SAP and Microsoft platforms
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have the legal right to work in Australia
Desired Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Business Analysis certification (preferred)
- FMCG industry experience is a plus
