Job Summary
Lead business solutions staff by executing technology strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. Oversee business application support, database administration, automation initiatives, and software development while partnering with executive leadership to identify innovation opportunities. Manage data analytics, reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions to support informed decision-making, ensuring systems comply with regulatory requirements and security standards. Build strong partnerships with technology vendors and establish governance for business applications. Collaborate with IT leadership to align systems with infrastructure needs and monitor technology trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- 2 or more years of progressive leadership experience in business systems, technology, digital transformation, or a related field
- Strong understanding of business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, and automation technologies
- Experience completing projects with cross-functional teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience evaluating and managing technology vendors and third-party business solutions
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
- Full-time, on-site leadership position located at INOVA Federal Credit Union's Corporate Office in Elkhart, Indiana
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within financial services, banking, or the credit union industry
- Familiarity with SQL, Oracle databases, or business intelligence platforms
- Experience with core banking systems, digital banking platforms, or regulated financial environments
- Experience with platforms such as Fiserv DNA, Alkami Digital Banking, Lodestar Business Intelligence, or similar technologies
- Experience implementing artificial intelligence (AI), robotic process automation (RPA), or workflow automation solutions
