Job Summary
Business Solutions Manager-Senior Associate on the Media Strategy and Enablement (MSE) team responsible for supporting the organization and facilitation of MSE deliverables to remove duplicative efforts, streamline capacity, and efficiently run the growing team. Acts as a key point of contact for the department and cross-functional partners, driving strategic direction, delivering measurable results, managing workflow, budgets, onboarding, change management for tech/automation, and executive-level deliverables (BURs, OKRs) with emphasis on collaboration and process optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing and business management experience
- Creative problem solver who can lead team members to utilize a similar mindset and approach
- Excellent relationship skills, highly collaborative; can build rapport and credibility, and can deliver on actionable change
- Ability to plan and oversee execution of department wide projects from conception to deployment, including setting timelines, organizing and managing key meetings, asset and resource management., reporting, etc.
- Exceptional partnering skills required to navigate a large organization
- Preferred qualifications: Marketing Management, Business Management or Agency Operations experience
- Familiarity with Agile or Lean marketing methodologies
- Advanced skills in Excel is essential
- Experience in Financial services and/or highly regulated categories preferred
