Business Solutions Manager (79667)

The Business Solutions Manager role oversees the organization's business applications and technology platforms, driving strategic administration, support, and continuous improvement of systems. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining business applications, databases, and integrated technology platforms; ensuring systems support organizational goals, efficiency, and data accuracy; analyzing processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities; partnering with department leaders to define and enhance capabilities aligned with strategy; collaborating with end users on selection, training, usage and maintenance of software programs and hardware; implementing and optimizing applications to support operational requirements; providing leadership and oversight for application and technology support functions; supervising IT staff; managing pricing-related systems and workflows; collaborating with sales, finance, operations, and leadership to support order-to-cash efficiency; representing the company on the Coca-Cola Steering Committee; and adapting to change while performing other duties. Education/Experience required includes a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years related experience with preferred management experience. Skills emphasized include proficiency with Microsoft technologies, VIP/eoStar experience (preferred), strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, and a valid driver’s license. Travel to other branches is required; work environment is in an air-conditioned office with normal and extended hours as needed.
